tenderly sewn into you
a softly stinging suture (a dream of you)
hushed whimpers allure
the lapping of bloodied fur
splayed with veins like ribbons
upon swaying northwind
I find myself
stolen to your den
fearless firstborn
we find, unwavering
salvation in northwind
tenderly sewn into you
shallow wading
placid and cold
shifting reflections
wretch adorning face
molting to ward off decay
I avert my gaze
and blot out the stains
but I can't take it back
yearning, I sought my reprieve
in sky colored dreams
light stream piercing
arrest upon sheets
fleeting dissolution
etching sterile wounds
event horizon
refund my sentiment to
something deserving
in your absence
this signal of harmony
watching over me
released from misery
yearning, I sought my reprieve
in sky colored dreams
embodied idyllic fantasy
your recycled angel
wilting
and fettered with tine
I weather the rain
yet fester inside
but the storms abate
and yield the clear of day
so that we both can see
my sky colored dream
about
As we shatter the familiar reality before us, no longer bound by chains of dysthymia and ill-omened expectation, where do we exist? Turning inward, extracting ruptured recollections to forge new truth, we resurface shimmering prismatic shards of benevolence; sentiments imbued with faith that however far, immutable dreams may pierce the haze and illuminate a path forward in which we can brave together.
"Northwind / Sky Colored Dream" is a creative collaboration between Strawberry Hospital, Parasite Heart and Orson Opal actualized through kinship, unified musical influence, and convergent purpose.

Takes me back to my high school classroom during the days of binging Inio Asano's old manga scanlations before anything was licensed. At that time, I was discovering many kinds of Asian shoegaze, but I've never heard anything like this. Makes me think of Pasteboard, Supecar, and Midnight Pingpong a bit, and it's funny bc the first two I listen have blue album covers too. Lu
